EGO Studio AI, Inc. offers iWhisk subscriptions through the iWhisk website and, where available, the Apple App Store and Google Play.
For a first-time iWhisk subscription purchased directly through our website, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. Email legal@iwhisk.io with the account email address and purchase details.
After the 14-day initial-purchase period, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or material service failure warrants a refund.
You may cancel a web subscription at any time through your iWhisk account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the current paid period unless a refund is issued.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed and refunded by the applicable store and are subject to that store's refund process.
We may deny refunds where we reasonably determine that the request involves fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
