Welcome to iWhisk
Most cooking apps ask you to keep a database. iWhisk asks you to take a photo.
There are five places in the app, and you will use two of them most days.
1.01.1
The five places
- Today gives you one suggestion for the next meal, based on what is in your kitchen.
- Kitchen is what you have, where it is, and what to use first.
- Capture is the camera. Food, receipts and recipes all come in here.
- Cookbook is your recipes: captured, written, adapted, kept.
- Journey is the progress you actually made. Meals cooked, food rescued, skills built.
There is also a Grocery List and a Meal Planner. On a phone the Grocery List lives inside Kitchen and the Planner opens from Today. On a wider screen both appear in the sidebar.
💡
Your account starts emptyNo sample pantry, no demo recipes. Everything you see is something you put there. That is deliberate: a populated demo would tell you nothing about your own kitchen.
