Resetting or deleting

Reset My Food Activity: start over, keep your account

Clears the food activity you select. Four categories, all selected by default:

• Ingredients and receipt scans
• Saved meal activity, including meal plans, collections and saved recipes
• Recipes you created
• SP and Journey progression

Choose at least one. Your login, profile, food preferences, household, subscription, billing, moderation and security history all survive.

To confirm, type RESET MY FOOD ACTIVITY exactly. This cannot be undone. If your sign-in is more than 15 minutes old, sign out and back in first.

Delete my account: permanent

• Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly.
• Your account is blocked immediately.
• After 30 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted, except information that must be retained by law.
• If you have a subscription, a billing review step appears and must be acknowledged.
