Every date carries its source, and you can change any of them.

AI estimate, with a confidence percentage. Estimated from typical shelf life. Check the package if there is one.

Dates use the YYYY-MM-DD format. Clear the field to remove a date entirely. An item with no date simply never appears in Use first.
